A la Carte Weddings
At Fox Meadow Flower Farm, we have compiled a list of detailed and precise questions to begin the process of ordering Bouquets, Boutonnieres, Centerpieces and more for your special day.
Listed below is the menu for our A la Carte Floral offerings to help you create your order while remaining within your budget. We include the value of vases in all of the following items, and they are yours to enjoy after the big day.

After we receive your request, you will hear from us within seven days via email.
What comes after my Submission?
Submit Contract and Deposit - You will be e-mailed an estimate for your wedding flowers. After reviewing and approving your order, you will then send a non-refundable $500 deposit and a signed copy of the Fox Meadow Flower Farm contract, which will be provided to you. This will reserve your wedding date on our calendar. This deposit will be applied to your final balance.
Verify order and make any adjustments (Final Changes) - We will reconnect with you six weeks prior to your event to finalize your order and make any adjustments to your order.
Send final payment - Final payment is due in full 30 days prior to your event. We accept checks (payable to Fox Meadow Flower Farm) and cash. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. If paying with PayPal, a 5% transaction fee will be added to your order.
Time to bask in the beauty! - Your flowers will be carefully packaged (with instructions and all items labeled) for transport and available for you to pick up at the farm on the date and time stated in your final order, which will typically be between 4:00pm and 6:00pm on a Friday. We do offer delivery for an additional fee!
